Walk-ins are welcome and most guests visit without advance reservations. For groups of 6 or more, or for special occasions, we recommend reaching out to us on WhatsApp to secure your spot and ensure we can accommodate your group comfortably.

We are at 19 Scout Borromeo Street, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City. You can search "Flash Ramen" directly on Google Maps or Waze and it will pin our exact location. Scout Borromeo is accessible from Tomas Morato and connects to the Scout Area, a popular food strip in QC.

Ice Cream Ramen is a limited seasonal offering available from May 15 to June 15, 2026 only. It is available in limited quantities per service on a first-come, first-served basis — so come early during your visit to avoid missing out. After June 15, it will not be available until further notice.

Fire Ramen is Flash Ramen's signature bold ramen — the first of its kind in the Philippines. Yes, it is notably spicy, with a deep chili-forward heat that builds gradually. We recommend it for guests who enjoy genuine heat. If you have low spice tolerance, our Tonkotsu or Shio Ramen are excellent milder alternatives. The staff can also guide you on heat level when you visit.
